First, I want to say that you to CABS, when I made my appointment few weeks in advance, they did a follow up that they were coming on the 18th and sent a text with his photo. (Customer Service is gone, but CABS Heating and Air Conditioning made me believe again.) Ronnie did the service. He was knowledgeable and professional. In addition, he explained the unit I have for the house is too small and almost time to replace the unit. I was/am was aware that my unit is almost at end of life. What I appreciate about Ronnie, he educated me on units that CABS installs and why the company stands behind them.He wasn't trying to sell me a unit, but wanted to educate me to make sure that I choose the right one that was best fit for my needs. I felt he was professional, humble and knows his job. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again and again.

I've had several different services conducted by CABS staff and each time I'm impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. They always answer my questions and never talk down to me, as a woman over 60, and never try to sell me additional services or products. I recommend CABS to friends and co-workers.

CABS has been great to work with. Shout out to Michael Bredikhin, my service tech, who is always professional and on time. He explains everything he's doing and leaves a clean work area. Very satisfied.

I got estimates from a couple of HVAC companies and I purposely chose companies that qualify for the SMUD rebate for an HVAC system. Their pricing was very similar to another estimate, but it included a more efficient system and qualified for the rebate. Nic at CABS was super helpful with a detailed estimate and the process with financing. CABS offers financing with Travis Credit Union; they had a very clear process to apply, and were always available to help. I basically got my estimate, made a decision the next day, and they were are my house 2 days later installing the new unit. Kevin and Danny were at my house in hundred degrees heat installing my unit. They were very communicative on the process. I also really appreciated everyone wearing shoe covers when they entered my house and they regularly watched out for my cat to make sure she didn't get outside. There was a small complication with my unit and Kevin came back to my house extra hours to make sure I had AC in the heat. They also brought us some portable AC units in between the removal and install.

Just wanted to throw a quick review in - this place is top notch. We called them to ask about their work with insulating and sealing our home (SMUD rebate program) and they came out within a day of calling. They provided a very reasonable bid where the rebate from SMUD was already deducted, so our out of pocket costs were really manageable. We were scheduled within a few days of signing, and then the crew came this morning. Absolutely stellar folks, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I have an old house with many quirks and the team problem solved until it was right. I really appreciate how much these guys care about doing quality work. 10/10, would highly recommend.
